What is Occupational Health?

Caritas can provide clear, costeffective advice to issues that you may face in your organisation. We have particular experience in manufacturing, construction, transport and distribution.

A benefit to your business

Occupational health can benefit your organisation. it is an effective way of improving bottom line profitability by reducing sickness and absenteeism, preventing accidents (and thus down time), and ensuring employees are fit and able to fulfil their required function in the organisation. Moreover, having an OH policy can, as part of a properly constructed HR and people-management plan, contribute to employee’s motivation and thus their efficiency in the workplace.
